NNIRR encourages membership of both organizations and individuals. As part of a greater whole, members both receive benefits and actively participate in the Network's collective efforts.

WHAT YOU GET:

Organizational members receive the following benefits:

• Space for up to three representatives at national membership meetings and conferences
• 20% discounts on publications, events, trainings etc.
• Regular updates and information, including Network News, NNIRR's periodical
• Preferential access to NNIRR trainings, conferences, work groups, forums and other activities
• Access to members-only blog on website [forthcoming]
• Right to join NNIRR project/program working groups, and chair up to one working group
• Right to propose and influence NNIRR policymaking through work group and membership meeting participation
• Eligibility to sit on the NNIRR National Council (an advisory body; maximum one seat per organization)
• Eligibility for nomination to NNIRR Board of Directors (Nomination requires three years of active membership in good standing; all nominations must be forwarded by a current board member)

Individual members receive the following benefits:

• Second priority (after organizational members) to attend or participate in NNIRR trainings, conferences, work groups, forums and other activities

NNIRR organizational membership is open to organizations that agree to:

• Work to promote the principles and values of NNIRR, as contained in NNIRR’s Mission Statement, through their activities
• Attend NNIRR membership meetings and conferences on a regular basis
• Participate in NNIRR campaign work, policy development and other activities, including participation in one or more working groups/committees
• Assist in recruiting new organizational and individual members in NNIRR
• Pay annual dues

NNIRR individual membership is open to those who agree to:

• Work to promote the principles and values of NNIRR, as contained in NNIRR’s Mission Statement, through their work and movement activities
• Attend NNIRR membership meetings and conferences on a regular basis
• Participate in NNIRR campaign work, policy development and other activities, including participation in one or more working groups/committees
• Promote NNIRR as part of their own work and activities, and help to recruit new members
• Pay annual dues
